I would never have expected that I'd give an excellent rating to a dealership after needing to take my car in 3 times in a month for the same thing. The staff at Mike Castrucci's was very responsive to my needs; answering emails over the weekend, making sure that I had a loaner car, and keeping me apprised of progress. Aaron and the tech were very clear, each time, with their explanation of what was wrong with my car (actually 3 different things that triggered the same error code). The tech helped me file an insurance claim for the final repair, which was caused by road debris. I'm a fan. :)
