I had a very bad experience in the service department at this dealership. I was in a place where I never wanted to come back and would have told anyone who would listen about that rotten experience. BUT, an attentive women (I’m sorry I cannot recall her name) noticed my discontent and put me in front of Aaron Garrett the Manager of the department. Aaron took all the steps to correct the matter, and turn my discontent into a raving fan. Having bought many vehicles through the years, it has been my experience that the service department will make or break the dealership. It is the key to sustaining success into the future. I think Aaron Garrett gets that and as long as he is the Manager over the department, I will keep coming back.
