I scheduled an appt for 8am and by 2pm they called to tell me they haven���t been able to look at the car. I picked up my car the next morning because they still weren���t able to look at it. I had brought my car in a couple months prior to get a problem checked out. I paid to get some of the things repaired but the main problem would have to wait the parts were on back order. I guess they never noted the problem in my account so they had no idea what they needed to fix. It���s hard finding time to drop my car off and leave it so today wasted the one day I had time. I understand things happen and this is the first time I encountered a problem with your service.
