Brought my Silverado LTZ in for oil change the next day found more oil in the driveway than in the truck. Mind you the truck only had 19,500 miles so I took pictures and called them they said bring it back in which I live approximately 20 miles away so I immediately went back showing the pictures to the service advisor who said let me get that back in and checked comes out to the waiting room and says we can���t find a leak so he walks me back to the service bay to see my truck. The oil tech claims he can���t find a leak so I showed him the picture and he said that���s a lot of oil . I told him that I had drove the truck about 20 miles back to your dealership and I see an oil drip on the filter the tech claims it���s old oil from the original oil change. So the walk me back up front where I waited another 30 minuets when the advisor came out said I was all ready to go . So I take the truck home went to get in it the next day twice as much oil was on the ground. So once again another trip to Casstrucci���s . When I arrived this time spoke to the same advisor who called up the service manager who stated let���s get this fixed . After some words about customer service and the fact that this oil change took three trips and 4 hours. He stated we will just send you a check for your oil change. What had I not checked underneath the truck would they replaced the motor or truck which was about 60 grand. I didn���t even get an answer to why it was leaking oil weather the tech didn���t put the oil filter on tight or weather he left the old rubber gasket on from the old oil filter nope all I got was sir your truck is ready I say poor poor customer service .
