The sales team were phenomenal! They were very busy, but they still made sure to keep engaging every customer. I had a very bad experience with a different Chevrolet dealership, which led me to taking their vehicle back and going to Mike Castrucci instead. From the very beginning Mike Eimer was very helpful and understanding of my situation from the previous dealership. Kevin Bachman went the extra mile to make sure the bank understood what was going on and got the deal done! They were very understanding of my situation and allowed me to take my new 2023 Blazer home on a promissory note until I got my refund check from the previous dealership I worked with. Rick Loomis in finance was very personable and professional. He talked about his experience with and dedication to Chevrolet, he provided a very reasonable extended warranty deal, and made signing a breeze. From the show room, to the sales team, to the finance team, everyone was professional! I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to continue doing business and service with Mike Castrucci Chevrolet.
