I was disappointed that it took your technicians 3 - 4 attempts until they finally discovered the problem with my car. Having spent almost $2,000 while your technicians were still figuring out the problem is very frustrating and expensive. If it wasn't for Jesse communicating updates to me as best she could, (with limited information from her techs) I would have been even more frustrated. Jesse deserves 5 stars.

Great service, nice waiting area. I have used the dealership service for many years. I don't like that you now charge a 3 percent fee to use a credit card.

I had a light out on my vehicle and they want $120.00 to change a light bulb not even the headlight. GM really needs to fix this problem freaking ridiculous to change a light bulb.

I’ve had this car for almost 12 years. I know how the ABS works. I should not get “low traction” message on dry pavement at 3 mph. I asked to talk to tech and to Jim Castrucci. No response. The “low traction” warning comes on almost any time I touch the brakes. I have a video of it that I’m glad to share. Need to check tone rings??
