Was not a pleasant experience. Had 2016 Sierra truck In for oil change, they said I had rear wheel seals leaking. Once they heard I had car shield the service manager said they deal with them all the time and they won’t cover it. Well CarShield did cover it so went in for repair the seal then they said another servicebtech look at it and truck needed upper control arms front ball joints front brakes and rear shocks all this came to $4700.00 extra car shield don’t cover those items. I elected not to have those services done, the rear seals came in damaged had to reorder they had my truck for 5 days my service manger did not contact me one time after I said I didn’t want the additional $4700.00 worth of work done. He also would not return my calls I left 3-4 voicemails. I had to physically stop in to the counter to get an update on truck. Service manger went out to shop to check on it last day I physically seen him standing there smoking while I was waiting on him to return 15 minutes later. I will not take my vehicle back to Castrucci again. Felt like I was lied to, put on back burner because of the Car shield then no communication from service at all. Very poor job. Could go into more details but that is the high lights
