The oil change and tire rotation were well done. I had appointment and was taken promptly. Total time was OK. Cashier took my payment with mygmrewards and that went good. I liked that windshield wash fluid appears it was topped off. I disliked that they removed and brought into showroom cabin air filter and tried selling me a $69 replacement. I thought this was pushy, wasteful of time and invasion of privacy - they should NOT have opened glove box. Cost of air filter was excessive. This delayed my being able to leave and get on with my day.
