I was disappointed that it took your technicians 3 - 4 attempts until they finally discovered the problem with my car. Having spent almost $2,000 while your technicians were still figuring out the problem is very frustrating and expensive. If it wasn't for Jesse communicating updates to me as best she could, (with limited information from her techs) I would have been even more frustrated. Jesse deserves 5 stars.
