Confirmed Service Customer
The service reps don’t want to acknowledge you when you walk in the door. They let you stand there and wait. It’s getting worse each time I go in for service. It’s also sad I have to check my car over before I leave to make sure there are no figerprints on my seat or oil spilled on my engine.
