Was scheduled for an oil change and to take care of recent recall by Chevrolet on my 2016 Spark. The oil change was taken care of, but I had to reschedule my recall activity because the garage did not read the entire order and was going to have to 'get me in' causing me to have to wait several hours.
The recall was taken care of 2 days later.
I am not upset, it just seems like no where can you find good help anymore.
The minute we sat down and started talking about a car we saw online we were told it was very unlikely that we would get it for the price that was listed online.
The car that was online was also used as a loaner car and the online ad mentioned no such thing. When we test drove the car it was very dirty on the inside. The dealer did not seem concerned about it, He just said we will clean it. I was concerned it would not come clean and there was a dent in the car that would be difficult to get out. After explaining my concerns a bunch we were able to agree on a price for a brand new car. But then had other issues after we took the car home. It was definitely not a pleasant experience.
Had a dead battery......This dealership went out of their way to get my car repaired. I had not used this dealership service department before, THEY WERE GREAT!!! I'll be back when I need future service.
