Typically we never have problem with the service department as we usually use for minor issues like oil changes and tire rotation. We thought that since there have auto tech change the wiper blades since new ones needed and there was a rebate available and another simple issue even though there was a $10 labor fee to put the blades on. Have done this myself previously, never thought $10 for a 7 minute fix but oh well. What could go wrong right.......The wrong size blades were placed on vehicle. Guess I should have checked before leaving lot - but I didn't assumed Chevy vehicle - Chevy certified tech - what could go wrong.........a lot. Drove vehicle to work started to drizzled switched on wiper blades and quests what ......too big and they got caught on one another while driving down 275 causing me difficulty to see having to pull over to unwrap them from one another during morning rush hour......not cool. Then had to leave work early take back to Castrucci so they could exchange and put the right ones on. Apology given but no service or parts credit - disappointed and we have bought 12 vehicles there in the past 32 years .....either Castrucci or the previous owner Frazier-Williams. Preferred customer my a**.
explained the problems with my truck and the service dept made sure the correct person qualified for the problem looked at it even though it did take longer to get my truck done the problem seems to have been taken care of . thank you
