Was not a pleasant experience. Had 2016 Sierra truck In for oil change, they said I had rear wheel seals leaking. Once they heard I had car shield the service manager said they deal with them all the time and they won’t cover it. Well CarShield did cover it so went in for repair the seal then they said another servicebtech look at it and truck needed upper control arms front ball joints front brakes and rear shocks all this came to $4700.00 extra car shield don’t cover those items. I elected not to have those services done, the rear seals came in damaged had to reorder they had my truck for 5 days my service manger did not contact me one time after I said I didn’t want the additional $4700.00 worth of work done. He also would not return my calls I left 3-4 voicemails. I had to physically stop in to the counter to get an update on truck. Service manger went out to shop to check on it last day I physically seen him standing there smoking while I was waiting on him to return 15 minutes later. I will not take my vehicle back to Castrucci again. Felt like I was lied to, put on back burner because of the Car shield then no communication from service at all. Very poor job. Could go into more details but that is the high lights

The last time I had an oil change, I was told there was a leak in my oil cooling line. Now I was told that I had a leak in my Compression which would be $1600 to fix. I choose not to fix it as, there was no mention of the oil leak from the last time. So was there an oil leak to start with that they wanted to fix for $500 plus. or did I ever have one. My Vehicle is 5 years old. I'm wondering can I trust the mechanics working there. That's why I stopped taking my ford truck to a dealer.

I was disappointed that it took your technicians 3 - 4 attempts until they finally discovered the problem with my car. Having spent almost $2,000 while your technicians were still figuring out the problem is very frustrating and expensive. If it wasn't for Jesse communicating updates to me as best she could, (with limited information from her techs) I would have been even more frustrated. Jesse deserves 5 stars.

I had a light out on my vehicle and they want $120.00 to change a light bulb not even the headlight. GM really needs to fix this problem freaking ridiculous to change a light bulb.
