I always go to Tiffany Smith for my vehicle services. Tiffany will get you in for your service without any pressure to have other services done. Tiffany does tell you what may need to be done to your vehicle, but does not push anything on you. When you are on a budgeted income this is very welcome. The service I do get done is done i a very professional manner. Only negative this visit was no coffee available in the showroom.

I reached out to the sales team at the dealership after seeing an ad online. Mike Eimer handled my call and promptly gave me the info I needed to pull the trigger. A few moments later Rick in finance called me to go over the exact Financials and I gave him a deposit over the phone to hold the car until I could pick ut up the following day. Mike in the meantime had an accessory added for me before I picked up the car. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Mike who showed me the details of the car and Rick and I promptly reviewed the paperwork. Overall it is in the top few experiences I've had while purchasing a vehicle.

The air conditioner did not work after recharge and tire pressures were never checked and reset. Left front tire is 10 psi below rest and was recorded as being reset

My husband and I purchased our first new vehicle in 1998 and every new car since then. The employees are courteous and friendly. As for the service department, I couldn’t say enough about how great they are. They are professional and know what they’re doing. I know a little bit about a lot the things and over the years I made it my business to learn about the workings of a car. Just enough knowledge to know when I’m being had. The professionalism of Castrucci is top notch. That’s why I stay with the dealership.

My 2019 Equinox was leaking something red on my garage floor. I took it to Mike Castrucci Chevrolet who found the water pump not working properly. I left the car overnight and it was fixed and returned to me before noon the nested day.

I had to order another key fob due to your body shop lost mine, and failed to call me back to discuss it, So I ordered one, made the service appointment to have that programed, oil change and see why the rear tailgate doesn't close when using the fob. I asked for a ride home while you did all this BUT was told you can't I live farther than 15 minutes from you. Well that sucks, you did it in the past, and I don't have someone to shuttle me back and forth, since I just lost my wife. really disappointed. I guess a few more minutes is going to break you.
