Yesterday had an oil change when getting back into my car had some white stuff all over my steering wheel and driver door also had to return back to the dealership to get my oil level restored... About two weeks ago bought my car to get a brake cleaning job nobody noticed me sitting for hours waiting on my car until I got up and asked how much longer, somewhere communication got lost with the service advisor and the mechanic they hadn't even touch my car I spent 5 hours at your dealership for a 45mins job that I'm not even sure was performed lately the service has been terrible

My only issue was that the rewards app was down and the service I needed done, I planned on paying with my reward points. After calling rewards, they informed me and dealership of served issue. $146 of service that I did not have the money to pay. Dealership waived $50 to cover points I would have used and so I could pay balance of service

Need better covid care...so many employees ���chin masking��� it instead of cover mouth and nose...also a suggestion, why. It email customer the check out docs/allow online payment and then could call when come To pickup and just get right into car avoiding waiting inside for a rep to be available with other customers and staff all around
