Charles Krekeler was great to work with. He was low key and didn���t pressure me into anything. He listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. The financial manager was very nice and explained options but didn���t pressure me into purchasing options that I didn���t want.

Service, 2 problems!!! One, TOO much selling, I do NOT need new tires!! I double checked, I might have had the tire rotation but that was NOT mentioned, and again the front tire do NOT need to be changed!!! Two, my car was finished (the service was excellent, so no complaints about the techs working on my car) but the guy in front had my car ready and made me wait for an extra 20 minutes then there was NO apology and he made some nonsensical excuse!!! Overall I like M C and M c service but trust is now a CONCERN!!!

Our granddaughter took the car in for an oil change. The mechanic came back with your transmission is leaking, the cost is 4-5 hundred dollars. It is a sealed transmission. We took it to another dealership who found no leak. And to work on a sealed transmission would not run that much. In addition the service tech, was hesitant to provide her with a copy of the report. Have never had trouble with your dealership. Was this a one time big man little girl episode?
