Your service consultant, Josh Mullins was the gentlemen waiting on us. We bought two cars in for an oil change and tire rotation. I told Josh that the brakes on my Cruise were dragging and I was changing them myself. He then told me that he had to red flag it on the invoice in case I was in an accident, I took that as a attitude issue. The last two times we have taken our car down for service, we have had service techs that didn't seem to like there jobs. We used to see a James Castrucci every time we came in for service, but he hasn't been at the service desk these past two times. We always taken our car to Castrucci Chevrolet because we usually get treated well, just not the last two times.

The online application was easy. The time from app to decision was fast. The communication was clear. We drove in from Illinois because the selection was great and the prices were unbeatable. Even though we were running late due to unexpected weather, they were ready for us. The time between test drive and signing the docs was only 30 mins. They had the docs ready & the temp plate on the van. It was the shortest time that I've ever spent at a dealership. These guys are pros and it really showed! I'd gladly recommend to anyone!

Oil change and tire rotation was fine. Dealership recommended changing spark plugs, wires, and several other items that had already been quoted to us at the last oil change. We took the van to another mechanic and had these items changed, yet it was still recommended this oil change with a ~$500-$1000 quote. Not professional in my mind, appears the plugs etc really weren’t checked.
