the customer service is not that great, I was told to maintain my car would be around 2 hours, I was waiting 2 1/2hours and had to go look to see if my car was finished, it wasn't, a young man came out and told me I needed lug nuts, they are swelled and will not come off, they will have to each one off by cutting, that was another 2 hours, the staff offered me the GM log nuts, they were over 9 dollars each, it was not a good day, I had to cancel an appointment, later driving home, I noticed there is 39 lbs. of air in my tires. called to let them know. John Wittiker, manager, called left a message to contact him. I contacted him the next day, wanted to calm down, he and I talked and straighten things out. I will be reimbursed for the factory lug nuts

I had to call them every day my car was there just to get an update on what was going on, and it took them three days to tell me they were waiting on parts. Actually, I had to call multiple times the first couple of days because I was told I would get a call back but never did. Also I initially contacted them online and was told I would be contacted by the service team soon but after waiting a week I had to contact them again.
