Rick Loomis did a great job of finishing up the final sale and explained everything in detail ( 5 stars ) to both and a A+ to Castrucci Chevrolet. Also the 1st question would not allow me to give 5 stars ? Rating , but both did a great job !!
Second time leaving my 2016 Chevy Trax for a squealing brake issue. On each occasion the noise was evident before drop off, and after pickup, but techs unable to duplicate. This time I paid for a lube of brake hardware, which was not covered under warranty- but the problem still persists. Just hoping that WHATEVER it is does not progress into something damaging, but not really wanting to drop off for a 3rd time.
i would not recommend anyone else to shop with your store. i bought my car on a Thursday, we scheduled a detail and a oil change for Monday. When we picked up car on Wednesday we were told there wasn't enough time to wash the outside. then i get in and realize that the inside was not done either. the windows were not cleaned nor the doors, so what was the detailing i wonder??? and why after having vehicle for 2 days was the detailing not done?? that's unacceptable. i did not ask for the detail your company offered it and didn't even see it done. expected a little more. better luck with your next customer, hopefully they will be satisfied with the services there.
