I had one issue where my white car had greasy finger prints on 3 of 4 door handles, luckily I was able to get it off myself. I called service manager and he made everything good. I appreciate that he answered the phone and was interested in my issues and willing to work to correct it internally. This has nothing to do with the mechanics of my car but a clean car means a lot to me. They did a wonderful job fixing the problem I brought my in for which really means way more to me than dirt on my doors.

I was charged for both a tire rotation and wheel balancing until I complained that the rotation is zero more work when the wheels are removed to balance tires. After a brief argument the rotation charge was refunded but the service writer made sure with his mannerisms that I knew he was disgusted that I complained. All of my other service encounters with this dealership,and there have been many, have been great. Maybe he was just having a bad day. I have bought 9 cars here.
Heater core leaked alot of antifreeze into the cab of my 2020 colorado the heater core was replaced but water from ac leaked into the cab soaking the carpet went to pick it up carpet was still soaked had to go back next day to get it ,then 4 days later had to bring it back still leaking water insidegot the call it was done went to pick it up again and was still soaked this time they did replace the carpet hopefully it does not start leaking again

I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. I called 30 minute prior to schedule an appointment and was thrilled that the service department was able to schedule me for the same day! Service time took about 45 minutes which I thought was very reasonable. I decided to wait at the dealership during this time and was happy to see that they have taken social distancing seriously and had all chairs and tables spread out at least 6 feet along with hand sanitizer available.
