Had the drivers seat break in our Chevy Bolt. This was the second time within 10 months that this seat back broke. The first time was under warranty, however, this most recent time was beyond the warranty period. Our service contact was Taylor. Taylor was very professional and stated that he would submit the claim to GM and see if there was any adjustment that could be done. Taylor arraigned a shuttle to take me home the day of the car drop off. Taylor kept me informed via phone regarding the part order, the part being received and when the repair was started and completed. Taylor was able to have the repair done with minimal cash from our pocket. GM picked up most of the repair costs. Thanks Taylor and to the Castrucci Service Team for this outstanding service experience!

As usual I was greeted by servie rep and told she'd be right with me. She stated it would be an hour or hour and a half. Got there at 8 was done by a little after 9. Great experience.

We enjoyed buying a vehicle there. Our salesman (Patrick Rodgers) was very knowledgeable, nice, and went out of his way to help us. He also spent a lot of time going over the truck with us and giving us a tour of the dealership. The manager Kevin and the finance manager also were very nice. Not only did we get a great deal on the truck. We also got a great deal on the extended warranty. We would definitely buy another vehicle there. Thank you

I tried to make a service appointment online but the web site was not working. I called and the receptionist said she would have the service department call to confirm my appointment. They did not. Before driving all the way to Milford I called to confirm my appointment. I arrived early because of my work schedule which was fine I expected a wait. The advisor told me it would be about an hour. About 90 minutes later I went to check and my truck was sitting in the bay having been returned after service. The advisor apologized and said the next oil change is free.
