Thank you for asking, I left my appointment yesterday extremely unhappy, frustrated and disappointed. I had an oil change appointment scheduled for 2:00, I arrived at 1:45 with my 15 month old grandson. I was told when I made the appointment as well as when I arrived an oil change typically takes 45 minutes but please allow 1 hour. That is definitely is reasonable, right????? We waited a total of two hours without anyone bothering to let me know about the delay or when to expect completion of the oil change. Yes you have a small area for children but after an hour, chewed up crayons and papers that have been colored on and dirty legos are NOT enough, exposed cabinets and garbage cans in the "children's area" are unacceptable especially if you are asking parents to wait longer than they are told. Communication is key whether you are with a child or not. I feel my time yesterday was not important to anyone there, hanging out in your waiting area with coffee, donuts, candy, fresh baked cookies and a frig with water and juice does not make up for the lack of customer service and communication. That being said, I would rate my visit a "NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!"
I'm used to Acura service. Compared to Acura, Chevy service was slower check in and check out. Acura does not hussel to sell additional services (like Chevy) and they wash your car for you. I'll probably try another Chevy dealer the next time my 'vette needs service.
I worked all day and had scheduled an appointment and I really don't know why it took over an hour and half after told the most it would take would be 45 minutes, I take that as a promise and I seen people coming and going not sure what they were there for but I had the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait or go ahead of me due to working that day and having to be back at work the next morning. I don't live close and was told to go there but I am not sure I will go back for service or to purchase a new vehicle. To make your service a little better be honest with people so they can be prepared for the wait. Thank you
Salesman Nick was great, took a lot of time explaining the operation of all the options and was very friendly. No problems! This was the 3rd auto I have purchased from this dealer and they continued their great service.

the service dept. did very well- with recent oil service- however additional concerns not addressed as well as I would have liked. (transmission) I am still very upset with the underhanded way my early termination lease was handled- If someone would like to call me I will explain in greater detail
