My wife and I visited to look at a Tahoe. We were outside and Ryan Rege saw us and came out to see if we needed any assistance. Other sales staff were helping people so he came over to help us. We bought a 2024 Tahoe High Country. Gary Lamb was helpful in offering several financing options, but we didn't need them. Jordan was helpful also. Andrew gave a lot of information on the initial set up of the apps & instructions on dashboard features. Adam did the detail in the financial area.

Great experience, Mike Eimer was wonderful in both knowledge and the delivery process. We flew in and was in and out of dealership quickly, which was great. Andrew, my first contact at the dealership was quick to get the price I was after and made the initial process seamless.

Very frustrating experience. Was told in October I had a crack in oil pan (I never even had a crack which I found out later). In December, I took it back in due to the car stalling- I was told it was a shifter so we put a new shifter in. Car went back in the shop 3 weeks later for the same issue. I was told it needs a new starter and they quoted me $1,300. I expressed frustration with the service agent given the car was having same issues it did prior to replacing the shifter and now they’re telling me it’s the starter. I called a second Chevy dealership and was quoted $625 plus tax to replace starter which is quite a lot cheaper than $1,300. The service manager John agreed to do it for $750 including my oil change. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership and have told family and friends the same. They appear to take advantage of women who may not be knowledgeable about cars. They have lost all business from me and my household.

Travis and his associate were amazing and made this experience so much less stressful. We were terminating two leases and going to one vehicle. My husband had just suffered a stroke and won't be able to drive again so this was a challening situation.

Arrived 10 minutes early for routine oil change, filter, etc. Was met immediately by a svc. rep who took my info, told me it might be 1 1/2 hrs. wait. I took a comfortable seat in the waiting room with my book and newspaper and complimentary coffee . Only 50 minutes later I was called to svc. desk where my vehicle was waiting - and I was on my way. Very efficient no hassle service.

Another great service experience with the team in service. The only minor complaint I have is the being able to pay by a text going away. That was extremely convenience for me since I don't travel with my GM Card. I could pay my bill through taht text easily since it stored my card. Other than that, the work was performed and I have to assume it was satisfactory at this point. The vehicle didn't blow up on the way home.

I sat for about 2 1/2 hrs with no updates. Finally I went to ask. Response: I'll check". I went back to sit down. Advisor comes out to say it will be a little longer, you have the oldest and slowest tech but he is also the best.
