Other than the used car manager floating some bogus information about how car max calculates a purchase offer (in an attempt to dissuade us from valuing the offer car max gave us for our eventual trade in) the experience was great. Rick in Finance is a real gentleman and pro, Kevin is credible, fair and a strong advocate for a collaborative experience. This is my fifth purchase at Castrucci and I���ll be back.
