The wait was close to an 1.5 hours but Josh made the experience pleasant. I didn't want to come back to Mike Castrucci because of a previous experience but because of availability, I was forced to come back and was very hesitant but again, thanks to Josh, I'll consider coming back. The price of the oil change doesn't matter when it comes to quality of service.
