I I was a few minutes early for my routine service. I pulled into the reception area, which was absolutely spotless and was escorted into the order writing desk. They completed the order I went and sat down in the showroom and waiting area was very busy, but orderly and very clean. I spent a total of about 45 minutes there. I am very much impressed with my cast CHEVROLET. Not only is the sales source tops with the service department I think is one of the best around. If I have a question about the performance of the vehicle, they’ve always got an answer for me and I appreciate it.

My experience at River's Edge Collision was way below my expectation for service at a Castrucci Dealership. My car was scheduled to go in to the shop on July 21st. I dropped it off as I had been instructed. When I got there they seemed to be confused and couldn't find the paperwork. Eventually the paperwork was located and I left the car. No one told me what the expected repair time would be but given the damage I would have estimated week to 10 days. I called back late Thursday of the first week and was told they had only just taken the car apart and still had to assess for unseen damage. Given that information I rented a vehicle for another week (at my own expense). Toward the end of that week I called back and was told that they were now waiting for the insurance company to approve the trim parts they needed. Given that information I had to rent the vehicle for yet another week. I finally decided to go in to the shop on the following Monday and was met with nothing but hostility from the front desk person and yet another person who popped out of their office to tell me in no uncertain terms they had done me a favor by going ahead and ordering the trim parts without the insurance company authorization. I was very frustrated but at that point they are holding my car hostage. When I arrived back home that Monday morning I saw, in my e-mail, the authorization from the insurance company and e-mailed that directly to River's Edge. I finally got a phone call from someone on Wednesday that said my car might be ready on Thursday afternoon. I told them I couldn't pick it up then as I had another appointment. I indeed received a text message on Thursday afternoon that my car was ready. I went in on Friday morning to pick it up. The front desk person quickly grabbed the papework and told me I owed $1000 which is my deductible. I gave her my credit card and she said nothing about a fee for using the card. Next thing I know I am paying $1030 for this transaction! I wasn't going to deal with them at this point, I just wanted my car. When I asked where my car was located she just pointed to the parking lot and gave me my key. No one went over the vehicle with me to review the work that was done. I will never go back there for any collision repair. My husband and I have been buying cars at Castrucci Chevrolet for over 20 years and have always been treated very well. This is far below the standard for your organization.

There is always a no pressure, no hassle approach when dealing with the service department. Josh is upfront and definitely has the customers best interest in mind.

Quick Professional Polite Service

1 year plus hatch door wouldn’t open but decided to on this given day plus paying $250 deductible. So since it opened can’t fix or see anything wrong. Then 4 - 5 months ago paid $250 deductible warranty again to fix this problem since it was happening more and more. Ordered & put new part on. Had to come back not working. Was told a short in it or connection fixed it or so I thought. It actually was a different piece of hatch hadn’t come in yet. I am livid. A wedding end of June, moving situation & I couldn’t haul for either daughter no hatch door. I was never asked if I needed a loaner car & numerous times/hours waiting on my car. I called general manager he helped with service manager to get me a loaner truck……I’m 5 ‘ 260 pds yep 67 yrs young climb in with bad knees lol. My rep josh was caught unaware I went through different rep he was out they didn’t communicate or ? Service manager was on vacation he did all he could to help I just want my hatch fixed. Last couple of times dealings with hometown dealer soured me and looking for a new dealer.

Everyone was fantastic. I live in Tennessee and I was able to get the vehicle financed the same day. We did everything over the phone, and I’m just waiting on it to be delivered. I was originally told it would arrive today, August 13, but the delivery has been pushed back to Friday. Which I completely understand. Still, the entire team was incredibly helpful in getting everything taken care of. These guys are true car enthusiasts—my kind of people.

I recently brought my car to my dealership for service, and I’m beyond impressed. From check-in to pick-up, the staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on keeping me informed every step of the way. My service advisor, Tiffany , explained the work clearly, gave me an accurate estimate, and there were no surprise charges. The technicians did an excellent job—my car runs like new, and they even washed it before returning it to me. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with fresh coffee and free Wi-Fi, which made the short wait easy. It’s refreshing to find a dealership that treats service customers with as much care as sales customers. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

I always have my car serviced at the dealership. I had an oil leak repair done before 60,000 miles. I was told I had another oil leak around early March. I asked if it was normal to have another oil leak in such a short period of time and I was told it happens a lot. Seems unacceptable but I didn't feel like there was much I could do. I eventually brought my car back to confirm the leak, I explained the car was under extended warranty. I was told the repair was extensive, that it would be about 20 hours worth of work. I was told I could get a rental but I would have to cover the expense, that the warranty company would have to approve the work before they would cover a rental. This was on Friday Aug 1st. I didn't receive any updates so I called on Thursday Aug and was told the insurance company had not provided the approval yet. I called again on Friday and I got the same answer and was told I would get an update before the end of the day. At this point I was without a car for a week. I did not receive a call so I called again on Saturday. The person I spoke with could not provide me any information and the person that I had been working with was not there that day. She was polite enough to tell me I could contact the insurance company myself, when I called them they were able to set me up with a rental and told me the dealership received an email on Wednesday approving the work. On Monday I was told the dealership had just received the approval and had to order the parts before the work could be started. I did let them know that the insurance confirmed they sent an email the week before but the dealership said they didn't have it before Monday. I did talk with a manager on Wednesday, I was concerned the insurance would stop paying for the rental before the work was even started. I was told the dealership would cover the remainder of the rental and I would receive regular updates of the status of my car. I was notified on Aug 20th that the dealership had all of the parts and work would begin. I reached out on the 25th for am update and was.told it would probably be the end of the week before work was complete. I asked for an update on the 28th no update on the car. The 29th I reached out and was told it would be Tuesday before it was complete. At this time I was also charged for the rental and when I asked I was told the dealership was handling it. When I did not receive a refund or update on the rental or repairs I reached out again on Sep 2nd. No update on refund or car. On Sept 3rd I contacted the rental car company with no issues and had to relay that back to the dealership so they could workout the rental car expenses, I did not get an update on the car. On Sept 4th, I was told the rental car was worked out and there was another oil leak found when test driving and it would be the following week before the parts would be received. I finally got my car back on Sept 13th. I went almost 1.5 months without my car, and 99% of the time I only received updates if I reached out and asked. I was also surprised when I picked up my car and owed $251. No one ever talked with me about what the insurance covered and that I would have an out of pocket expense and when I questioned it when picking up my car the guy was rude to me. My biggest complaint is lack of communication. The original timeline I was givin was a few days, that turned out to be over a month. This isn't the first issue I have had when bringing my car into the dealership, I am not a complainer but this was a bit much. Some genuine communication goes a long way I should not have had to call for updates especially if this is not considered the norm. It is highly likely that I will continue my regular maintenance at a different dealership moving forward.

I went in for the 6.2L recall where they check the engine and if it's ok they just change the oil to a lower viscosity. Upon arriving I explained if it was going to take more than an hour or so it was important that I leave and come back to handle important work things. I was assured it would not and they recommended waiting. They started the service and after 3.5 hours notified me that they were missing a part and could not finish my truck without it. They were going to go get one from another dealership. At this point I had already missed my work meeting and asked them to get me the fastest way out of there. They explained that was a rental from hertz and would start the process. After another hour of feeling ignored and sitting there for 4.5 hours (for an oil change) they told me they didn't actually start the rental process but the part was there and they were going to finish. I finally got my truck and was able to leave and the next day a service transmission light came on. Terrible "service" for someone who is driving the most expensive 1500 Silverado you guys sell. Only silver lining was my salesmen (Mike) checking on me out of the blue and fighting to try to get the problem resolved faster. He's a good guy and has earned my repeat business on 3 trucks so far. We'll see if the dealership ruined that or if I'll be back next November for my 4th

Did a great job of getting my car in for diagnostics then setting appointment to fix it. AC was not working after 9 years so problem was the condensor coil had allowed all the coolant to evaporate shutting down the unit. I had Good Sam as an aftermarket warranty...it was a high deductible plan which is what I wanted. I paid about half of the total bill of about $1,100

I was able to get in on my preferred day and time on short notice. The work was completed in an acceptable amount of time considering how busy they were that morning. John, Tiffany, and the entire team always take care good of me and my family.

You advertise a $64.95 oil change. Then you add a $30 shop fee plus tax. This put it up around $100. In comparison normally get my oil changes at Voss Chevrolet. $84.95. shop fee $4.97. Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet beavercreek.$94.99. shop fee $2.97. then I showed the service writer my OBDII code on my scanner P0430 code. Catalytic converter bank 2 inefficiency. He then walked out to the service Lane plugged in his OBD to verify. Took 30 seconds.. you charged me $185 for that. To be fair I knew about that charge in advance but I still think that you're taking advantage of people in my situation and I think that you're playing games with your oil change pricing. I live in Dayton so it's a drive for me to come there for an oil change that's why I do them here. Basically I feel like I've been hustled.

Quick and excellent experience. Corey and the the tech guy I was handed off to did a great job on making the truck sale efficient and teaching me the basics about the truck.

Check in was friendly and I was told it would take about 2.5 hours. I let them know that was fine I brought my computer with me to work on a few things. After 3 hours I go into the service area to check if it would be done soon.. only to see my car just sitting there and 2 guys sitting chatting about personal stuff with each other and my blue paper just sitting on someone’s desk that wasn’t even there. Really irritating I have no idea how long my car was sitting there done and no one said a word. Secondly the last time I had come in the person that helped me was great and we talked about a plan to get some maintenance at my next visit (which is this visit). He said I was looking at around $500. This time around it was $630 and that was with a 15% off coupon. Honestly after sitting there so long and being irritated seeing my car just sitting there I just wanted to get out of there but the more I think about the whole experience the more irritated I am. I’ve been coming there for awhile, actually drive all the way from Mason because I was impressed with the service I’ve received prior to this and my daughter goes there and even bought a car there. This experience did not align with what I’ve experienced in past visits.

I was told we were covered bumper to bumper. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and was told it wasn’t covered. I brought car in for brakes squeezing and was told moisture and other factors caused them to squeak. Not happy with explanation and won’t be back in the future.

I had my 2014 Equinox looked at by a trusted mechanic before I brought it to Castrucci for break repairs. I am a female & have been ripped off in the past. It is obvious by driving my car that there was a serious brake problem. The mechanic diagnosed the problem as a warped left rear rotor. I explained that to castrucci. I personally witnessed the employee at Castrucci drive my car around the parking lot. Needless to say the parking lot is filled with vehicles & customers & such. No ability to get the car up fast enough to determine if there was a problem. The employee who checked me in advised that the problem was just a nuisance & no need for repair. Really? The car shakes terribly when trying to stop from a speed of 35 mph or higher. So I will now take it elsewhere for obvious necessary repair. I purchased this vehicle new in 2013 at Castrucci Chevrolet.

My engine/transmission trouble light came on. I was able to obtain a reservation on Thursday. My light came on during the weekend. I was not able to bring in my truck on Thursday due to medical issues and doctor appointments. I took it in on Tuesday instead. Taylor helped me with checking in my truck. I told him I had an early appointment for Thursday. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it before my actual appointment time. I was happy and impressed. I did care for that and I’ve spent about two cars within two days and couldn’t get real good floor mats the weather tech. I don’t understand that and I spent over almost $80,000 and Andrew had to buy me some cheap floor mat. Other than that it was awesome.

Josh knows my car and its history. This was a simple oil change but I'm also glad that they removed the critter in my air filter and changed it.

Everything was good. Was there 2 hours. Still don't use everything like radio and hope the Intellibeams work at night. So far haven't used them since haven't been out at night with the long summer days.

My experience at Castrucci Chevrolet was a great one. I went in for routine maintenance./oil change and it went very smoothly. My salesman, Ed Dumont saw me in the waiting room and greeted me as if I were family. Ed is such a great asset to your dealership. When I went to check out and pay, Jasmine helped me access my GMAC points that I wanted to use to pay. She went above and beyond to help me login and get me taken care of. Kudos to Ed Dumont and Jasmine for making my experience a positive one.

When we purchased the vehicle we was asked to buy an extended warranty that we did not want but you said it would take care of any dents in the vehicle and any cracks in the windshield with no problems, so we bought the extended warranty. We had a crack in the windshield though we was covered just to find out the warranty does not cover windshields and probably not dents either , what a way to sell someone something that has already purchase a big item. Employee got into accident with my car which delayed repair Repair took OVER 6 months and 2 days after I got it home car died (initially brought it in for dying) Wasn’t offered a rental despite repair being excessively long and I needed a car. Asked multiple times and they finally told me I could have something for two weeks but have to pay if I keep longer which wasn’t right

Going off internet pricing charged extra and not shown any figures with trade in or military discount. Did not know the final purchase price i would finance. The salesman did a very good job setting up the vehicle for me and pointing out items that needed repaired from shipping. I had to set up SM radio possibly adding with my other vehicle.

Dealership worked with me to get the van I wanted. They even gave me a free oil change before I headed out on the long trip home.

Truck was rear ended after they said it was completed, had to take it back because warning lights still came on on dash. The found wiring harness pinched. Recieved the truck back and the left tail light still did not work. Fixed it myself! On top is all this the pride they charged the insurance company was out of this world!

Every time I come with for maintenance or a repair everyone is friendly & helpful.

I was a bit upset with the services provided. I brought my car in on Monday and didn’t get it back until late afternoon on Tuesday. I was shocked by the final price. I was originally quoted $185, but I ended up paying $327. Essentially, I paid that amount for you to plug a flash drive into my car for a software update, which I thought would be the original price because it's an update for the car using your program. The agent told me they said the number over the phone on Monday night, but there was no recall because he mentioned the $185 again.

Brought truck in for smell of raw diesel exhaust inside the cab. They initially stated that there was an issue that they could duplicate. Had the truck for 2.5 weeks never found the exhaust leak and charged me $450. Since they could not find the leak they stated that the smell of diesel exhaust is normal. I have driven the truck for 5 years and 125,000 miles. It is certainly not normal. I brought the truck back on 12/4. again they tell me this is normal. Communication with advisor and service manager is terrible. I have an appointment with another dealership on 12/10. I will share the results once they diagnose the issue.

Vehicle failed alignment. I purchased the alignment with my oil changed. Paperwork provided showed my new alignment measurements but did not include the original one. I had to go back and request the document. The paper given to me at checkout had an area where the technician would enter original measurements but it was blank. The bottom half did have the new alignment information.

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I find the employees of Castrucci Chevrolet friendly and knowledgeable to deal with, every time!

I took my 2024 Chevrolet Colorado in for service 1/22/26 for a radiator hose repair and coolant refill. When I asked 3 weeks ago about the radiator hose repair I was told the part hadn’t arrived yet but I would be notified by phone when it did arrive so I could schedule an appointment. When scheduling my visit for 1/22/26 I asked if the part had arrived and was told yes. If I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have known as no one called me to say it was in.

Jordan was very pleasant, professional and organized. He introduced me to your waiting area, identified areas and informed me he would come and get me when he he work was finished. I was pleased that I was not pushed to get services other than what I wanted.

Not proactive on communications. Had to reach out to find out what was going on with car that was there for more than a month. It's a shame that GM doesn't have the parts/support to really be behind their EV platforms. Such great cars until something goes wrong.

I went in because my car was failing to accelerate. They ran tests and determined there was a clog in my muffler and ran it straight to my extended warranty when I only had 40k miles. Extended denied because they didnt cover it. Come to find out it's covered under GM warranty up to 8yrs/80k. Seemed like they just wanted $ out of me. I had to go in to speak to the manager to get it taken care of. I was then given an electric car as a loaner with no way to charge it and I drive over 80miles a day. After a week they had to call Hertz to get me a gas loaner. Two and a half weeks go by and I keep calling being told they're waiting on a bay to open. I went in and spoke to manager again. He found out they had everything needed and was not waiting on a bay. I finally get my car back and now I noticed the never clipped the tag off the part they replaced so there is a tag and zip tie hanging from my car. The level of incompetency is insane. I've never had such horrible service.

They got my car in the day after I called and got me set up with a rental as the radio reset/update would take a few hours and I could not wait with it. They checked my infotainment system and screens and backup camera and have a camera ordered but it is on back order. I had an EV for a rental. That was different. I prefer the regular gas powered cars but I do appreciate being given a rental. Now to wait for that backup camera to come in and get it installed.

Im soo disappointed in the "service" I received... even with my car being under warranty i had to pay over $1,200 & it took over 2 weeks for me to get my car back, at that i had to return it 3 different times & the original problem was still not fixed correctly..... because i spent all that money you'd think they would check the work they've done to make sure it was actually fixed before they contact the customer to say the car is fixed.... it makes no sense & I am questioning on if I actually want to keep going there for work on my car. I know when I buy my next new car it will NOT be at Mike Castrucci !!!! I wish I never bought my car from them in the first place.

The service guy was great. He replaced the 4 lock-lug nuts off right away and let me stay inside with my 3 dogs. The only problems were ... 1.) The price; but I know that was a dealership or GM thing. $122. 2.) The fact their was no lock key in my truck. Either Jeff Schmidt didn't give me one when I bought the truck and you guys used the universal key; or the was left at your dealership when my tires were rotated. Other than that stuff, glad you all could take care-of it and right away. Appreciate-it.

Yes, for the tires to be rotated. When we were checking out, the service man said that tires were rotated. We got to our car and recognized that the tires has not been rotated. The service department immediately apologize and took the car back t be o rotate the tire. It’s concerning that they said they did it and then realized that they hadn’t done. It makes me wonder why they said they did it

The communication was lacking and I feel like they kept giving us the run around. It took almost a week for them to even look at the car after we dropped it off with an appointment. Wasn’t til we called to check status they finally pulled the car into the shop. They did not call us one time while in possession of the car for over a month. We had to call weekly just to check. I understand a wait on parts but they should communicate to us exactly what is going on. Also it was warranty work and while I appreciated having a loaner I do think it’s somewhat unacceptable to give EV’s as loaner to people who do not have the adequate equipment to charge them. Luckily I don’t commute for work but if I did that would never have worked for us.

turned in vehicle for three things. One item was repaired, one item not repaired and the primary issue of all windows opening and phantom monitor activation turned off or rerouted to the inside of the vehicle citing that GM is aware of issue. Why am I continuing to bring my vehicle in for repairs to only have to continue to drop off the vehicle wasting time and milage on 2 vehicles hoping on repairs will be made. Three times on defects on a new vehicle.
